No, I don't think so. People who work in the government should put this shooting aside from Political matters. This is a personal issue. They shouldn't be bias against the Koreans.

Doubt it. Still, I'm not in politics, so what do I know? Just cuz the dude was Korean doesn't mean that every Korean's going to go ballistic on the Americans. If the Americans start blaming Korea, then, yeah, the Korean's favor with the Americans will be going way down.
