You have to know that a battle is only one stage of a war, and if you are defeated, you can begin another battle if you wish.
You have to isolate what your battle is, in your mind , and see it clearly as an object to be manipulated at will.
All battles are won and lost in the minds of the men and women who fight them. The most important thing is to remain calm, focused and determined. Then you will begin winning minor battles. Then you will need to take your victory in a gracious way. This is a skill in itself.

because some battles are not meant to be won, however I do believe you can win any battle so ,ong as you persist for long enough, really things just come down to a battle of wills and the stronger will will always win.
Hang in there persevere and wear what ever you are fighting against down, make sure your will is always stronger

Change two words -- first loosing to losing and then change battle to opportunity.

A life battle is different that a life opportunity.

Be positive. You aren't losing you just had to retreat a little. Now take a deep breath, regroup and go KICK BOTTOMS! You're the master of your own destiny.

Because there's only 1 "o" in losing ... can't answer why you are losing your battle if you don't say what you're battling against ... write more, and I'll answer more seriously!
