ok so how do i reduse the size of my bra size?? i want smaller breast.please help

really, there is no natural way to fix this problem - its genetics so blame your parents :)...
If it is a serious problem that causes you pain and reduces posture, you can always apt for a breast reduction surgery.... so talk to your doctor

If you are young you will have to deal with it until you are done growing and then look into a breast reduction.
If you are overweight working out MAY help you lose a cup size (didn't work for me, I didn't lose any cup size working out).
go to Macy's or JCPenney and get sized, then work on buying a supportive bra or a minimizer bra.

If you're serious about it, you'll have to look into breast reduction surgery. It's a pretty hefty procedure that takes planning and preparation, but it's an especially good option for people who have back problems or other ailments due to large breasts.
As far as I know, there aren't simply an exercises or whatnot that will reduce their size, although if you're overweight, they will reduce in size as you lose weight.
