Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments, jokes, and things that she has taught you that only you two and the class would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.

First, if she's employed by somebody else, make sure there isn't a policy against it. Some studios have a "no gifts" policy. The first few years I took lessons, I followed this rule, and only when I was well-established did the owner OK a small gift. I found little items (carry bags, cricket boxes, and such) with copies of impressionist paintings of dancers, of which there is a wide variety, if you have a little luck in your shopping.

no. a wristlet isn't a well thought for a dance instructor. neither is a brand new pair of sneakers, as every person likes special forms. dance sneakers are special from avenue sneakers, now not the whole thing goes to suit and believe correct. Get her a reward card to a neighborhood dance retailer, or a publication retailer. reward playing cards might appear impersonal, however every person rather likes them! should you love to bake, make her cookies or some thing!

I made my dance teacher a pair of earings and a bracelet to go with it, maybe you can order a simple necklace that has your dance studios logo on it?
Good Luck!

I have taught dance, and can tell you that I liked receiving: gift cards, bath/body stuff, and nice notes from students best. I appreciated everything, but can tell you that most candles and stuff for my house went unused.
