Was it thick and mucusy?? If it is the show dont stress as it can still be days away.I went in to labour 3 days later. It sounds gross but wipe your front again and see if there is any residue,it can also be clear and gooey. If it was from the other hole though thats not normal, make sure there is no more and if there is go to your doc, hope i helped Good luck, this is an awesome time of your life, congratulations girl xoxo

You may have a hemherroid that is bleeding. Inside or outside of your rectum. Bloody show is from your vagina and it will be mucousy. This does NOT mean labour is starting, but that your body is getting ready, which is a really positive sign. When labour starts, often you will have a loose bowel movement, which will make more room for baby to come down the birth canal. Good luck. Trust me, you will know when labour starts. Remeber to focus on your baby, not the pain.

Im at a loss at how you would self examine yourself for that, are your fingers really that long to reach up there and feel around to see if it did come out?
Hmm anyway it could be in, but i dont think it means you are necessarily in labour right now if thats the only symptom you are having but you are very close to it.
You should go to the hospital and get them to check you out just to be sure and be prepared

Probably not.
You could be passing your mucous plug[sometimes bloody, usually mucousy],broken your amniotic fluid, have bleeding hemorrhoids,or even a bladder infection. Need a lot more info-
Blot entire 'area'[perineum] dry.Put on a minipad for about five minutes to see if you still have any discharge. If not contracting and no more discharge, tell your doctor or midwife at your next visit.
If you still have more discharge call your dr.

Bloody show isn't usually BRIGHT RED enough to stain the toilet water.
When you wiped- you did not see where it was coming from?
I suggest you dab toilet paper on your vagina or insert it just the slightest bit to see if your cervical mucus is what is bleeding.
I hope you are full term- if you are under 36 weeks I would insist on being seen.

At approximately 36 or 37 weeks i began out walking a ton. Like some miles an afternoon, no longer all on the comparable time ofcourse. ahead of that my son had no longer brought to all. i became into confident that i might finally end up turning in late or being brought on b/c my BP became into getting intense. He dropped incredibly rapid and became into born in week 38!

I lost my musac plug with my last pregnancy and didn't go into labor for weeks. So if it is I wouldn't get my hopes up unless you start having contractions or your water breaks!Good luck and congrats!

Check for a cramping feeling. Some times blood is natural when your 9months. If you feel the baby really low just be alarmed...Good luck

Sweetie, I think you need to go on to the hospital. It sounds to me like your water broke, but your dr. is the one to make the call. Best wishes and congrats.

No, but it will be soon. I was told that it was only a sign that labor is around the corner.
