as long as it's in a case and not put together. It means the hopper and tank are separate from the marker. I live in San Diego and I play either at Ramona or Escondido fields.

2 solutions: a million. you're bodily in a position (i assume) of capturing this guy's experience alongside with your paintball gun in spite of if he does not park on your driveway. 2. you're bodily in a position (i assume) of capturing this guy's automobile alongside with your paintball gun if he does park on your driveway. the two way you may have a super concern. call the law enforcement officers and notice what they are saying approximately unauthorized parking on your specific area. There would desire to be some ordinance domestically that facilitates you to have the guy's wheels towed and the tow fee charged to him/her. don't get in a opposition over this - you may sense extra valuable splattering Daisy Yellow on his automobile yet I assure you that it is going to likely be an costly journey in case you do - the fix to the automobile would desire to upload as much as a legal charge!

Just don't shoot em or point em at anyone while in a car. They have to be transported to a paintball park. But in the meantime, be smart and keep em in their cases until you get to the parking lot of the field.

As previously stated, as long as they are not put together they are fine...
as with real guns, you can transport them as long as they are unaccessible to the driver and the ammo is separate from the gun (the gun must not be loaded)
