Go to home depot and look at the pests section and get sticky strips of some long material that you can hang from the ceiling.
The stupid flies will hit the sticky substance and get stuck and die.

I hate to say it but I can't resist. Get rid of the horse. Actually, normal spraying and swatting as with any fly should work OK.

Kill the ones inside, and make sure all the screens are in good repair. Keep the doors shut. Do not leave out foods that would attract them.
