If you had to marry again, would you wait longer? Would you live together first? Are you still married? Years married? Thanks for your help in advance!

No, I wouldn't have waited longer. I don't believe in shacking up and having a relationship with no commitment. We are still married, and we have been married for over three years.

My husband and I moved in together 3 months after we met, got engaged a year later, and married within 4 months after that. No, I would not have waited any longer - once I knew he was the person I wanted to be with, there was no reason to wait. We've been married for under a year.

Met and first dated when we were 12 that lasted almost a year. Went into high school and broke up half way through freshman year. Still continued to be friends and became best friends our junior/senior year pratically.

We lost tough for 2 years after graduation due to him in military and I doing my own thing to. But we found eachother in summer of 2005 when he came home for a few weeks and got married Feb of this year. Dated a little over a year and half. Which was going to get married next year, but he left for Iraq again and thought we do a nice renewl wedding in Hawaii.

We are happy about not waiting longer and we sorta lived together first (he stayed here when he came home on weekends or on leave when in Japan, all depending where stationed at).

Married almost 2 months.

I KNEW MY HUSBAND FOR 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE MARRIED. I HAVE TO HONESTLY SAY THAT WE DID THINGS RATHER QUICKLY AND PARTLY BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE ARMY WHEN WE MARRIED. BUT IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE. I LOVE MY HUSBAND AND IT WAS HARD, IT STILL IS, BUT A MARRIAGE TAKES WORK. WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER ALMOST TWO YEARS AND HAVE ONE SON TOGETHER. IT HAS BEEN HARD, WE LOST OUR SON 6 MONTHS AGO BUT WE ARE STRONGER AND BETTER NOW AS A COUPLE.
I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN, I REGRET NOTHING. BESIDES IF I TOOK IT BACK I WOULDN'T HAVE MY SON, AND I WOULD NEVER GIVE THAT UP FOR ANYTHING.
BUT I KNEW FROM THE FIRST MOMENT THAT WE TALKED THAT WE COMPLIMENTED EACH OTHER IN EVERY WAY. I THOUGHT THAT I HAD THIS IDEA OF WHAT MY PERFECT MATCH WAS, MEETING HIM, I KNEW THE REASON WHY I WAS ALONE, I WAS LOOKING FOR THE WRONG THING. BASICALLY TRUST YOURSELF AND THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE. DON'T LET ANYONE SECOND GUESS YOU. WHEN YOU KNOW ITS RIGHT IT WILL BE.

My husband and I knew each other for about 6 months before we got married and we have been married 4+ years and still going strong...We lived together first and we would have been married sooner if people would not have tried to butt in.

My husband and I were together for four years before we married. We lived together for three of those years. I'm glad that we lived together first, because we got all of our early fighting and learning to live with each other out of the way. We've been together for seven years at this point, married for two and a half.

We knew each other for 10 months before we met in person. We met online. He moved to my state and we lived together for 6 years before getting married. We've been married 4 years and together 10. I would marry him again in a heartbeat.
