I started at 12. Im in Scotland. I was a late developer........
ps I think I may be trapped in some kind of american question vortex. no offence intended.
18 is the legal age in scotland by the way but its not really a big deal being given a lift home by the local police totally 's.hit-faced' when u are a wee guy!

there is no age restriction in my country, not that i know of anyway and i cant remember how old i was when i was in the 7th grade right now but thats when i started drinking i think 10 or 11
