Mary Jane (MJ) Watson said it to Peter Parker at the end of Spiderman 2 when she left her wedding and went to Peters apartment. She showed up at his doorway, he said she shouldn't be there and she said she couldn't live without him.... then she said "so here I am; standing in your doorway. I've always been standing in your doorway. Isn't it about time somebody saved your life?" she then waited for him to say something, but he was too busy staring at her, then she said "well, say something!" and he said "thank you, Mary Jane Watson" then they kissed and then you hear an alarm in the background and she says "go get 'em tiger" and he swings out and she runs to the window to look at him and it is over! ;0(
