Are you asking about Fort Knox?
This is a US army post in Kentucky, and the home of the United States Bullion Depository. About 4,570 tons of gold bullion are stored there under very tight protection.
The expression, Tighter than Fort Knox, means it's very well protected and you ain't getting in unless you are supposed to!
This has a lot of good info on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Bullion_Depository

Are you sure it's not Fort Knox. That is where we (the USA) keep our gold which backs our national debt. It's what gaurantees the dollar is worth anything.

knots?
Like measuring water level?
Isn't 4 knots, 40 foot?
A knot is one nautical mile per hour.
(sorry thought you wrote four, rather than fort.)
