The boxscore for each game lists the number of pitches thrown, and mlb.com's statistics link also lists total pitches thrown over the course of the season.

Any teams website will have the pitching line when the pitcher leaves the game or after the game.

you could probably just check yahoo sports to see how many pitches a pitcher threw for a game. If you want history, you may have to click on the player for his history

look at any boxscore it will tell out the pitch count ans how many strikes
