my bank gave me about 100 extra dollars and asked me too bring it back but earlier in that day i overdrew my account by 1 dollar and i asked if i brought it back can they not charge me the 33 dollar overdraw fee and tehy said no so they want me to bring back 100 dollars and dont want to work with me at all and still want me to pay the 33 dollars what should i do? because this doesnt seem fair to me. to add i am an honest person and if it wasnt for them not wanting to give m the 33 dollars back i would have already gave it back.

Take the money back and add money to your account to cover the overdraft fee. Try calling customer service to see how far you get, though you probably won't get too far.

It's a shame that banks will allow the overdraft to happen in the first place. It'd be even more shameful if they charged you the hundred dollars and another overdraft fee.

Keeping the 100 dollars is theft, and could be a felony. As to the overdraft, you agreed to that when you got an account at the bank. Learn to handle money better.

Pay off the $33 dollars with the $100, and give them $67 back.

I hate to break it to you, but if you are not willing to give money back that you admit doesn't belong to you unless they remove charges that you agreed to when you opened the account, you are not an honest person. Show you actually are an honest person by giving back the money that doesn't belong to you and pay the charges that you "earned".
