im looking for somewhere 2 rent nice prom gowns in baltimore maryland, if you dont know then please DON'T ANSWER! if you do PLEASE HELP!

I'm guessing she wants to rent because she is speculating that she is only going to wear the dress once. Therefore, she doesn't want to pay much money.

Suggestion-- Try thrift stores. Lilkely, you can find something for under $15. Consignment shops might be a little more, but if the style is really current, you might even be able to resell it.
