Does anybody know how to fill yourself with "energy" in Telekinesis and make psi balls?

In the Celestine Prophesy, the method was to sit on the ground, and picture blue energy coming out of the earth, up your spine, into your hands; then you imagine this energy balling up between your hands. You can then send the ball to whomever is in your thoughts. I used it once to try to get my boyfriend to call me at 3am...and he did. Mostly I use this to send love, thoughts, or healing to someone far away.

I have no idea what a psi ball is, but to fill yourself with energy, what you really have to do is visualize energy building up, practically flowing from the air through your fingers, or visualize it as a bright white light building up inside you. Sometimes in a ritual one dances in a certain circular path which can increase energy (just don't stop in the middle! bad vibes!!!).
