A non-US citizen of another country, even I know that!!

Life
Liberty
The Pursuit of Happiness

Life unless you are a foetus or embryo either aborted or only created for medical reasons

Liberty unless you offend others enough to be imprisoned or -even harder to 'escape' - placed under medical care

Happiness - well, it's only the pursuit you're guaranteed, not catching it.

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Note: Life-guranteed, Liberty-guranteed but Happiness? You have only the right to pursue it on your own.
