I catch the first 20 minutes of the "Today Show" in the morning, but I mostly watch in the evenings.

Night around 8:00 and it ends around 10:00p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Only when Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls, or Lost is a new episode.
