I'm with you on this one. I miss me some tacos, and $2.50 margaritas, you can't go wrong. As a matter of fact, do me the honors and let me buy the first round!

Homeade tortilla chips Cut tortillas into strips than into traingles Heat up Vegetable oil About and Inch in a pan Add tortilla traingles cook until golden brown Dips Salsa Guacomole HOmeade dip Makes about 1 medium bowl Make as much as you want by adding more ingredients 1 can Chilli- Can use homeade(I use Hormel) 1 package Cream cheese 1 package shredded cheese 1 big bowl or a few mini ramekins Add a layer of cream cheese to the bottom of the bowl(s) Than add anothe layer of chili Top with shredded cheese ALOT Heat in the microwaveand serve YUMMY
