The venue would be a salt water kiddy pool with enough water to cover the shark's gills.

The lion, no contest.

In a kiddie pool, the shark would drown. A shark has to constantly move to force water through its gills, and a kiddie pool would not offer enough room for a shark to move.

Therefore, the shark would die from asphyxiation and the lion would have a hell of a lunch.

Cheers

Umm, i dont know, i think they would both injure each other, but the lion would have the upper hand.

Remember the shark wont be able to swim to its fullest potential, while the lion would still be able to prance around, and jump and dodge.

The shark would have some difficulty moving.

great q.
the lion would win after the shark inflicted heavey wounds by flappin around a lot. the lion would get cheesed off and go in for the kill with a big jumping bite on the sharks back. the lion would die of exhaustion, but not after being crowned champ.

Then the Lion would win. The shark couldn't swim in that and the Lion wouldn't even have to get in to attack.

The lion. The lion would jump on the sharks back and rip it to pieces with its claws. If the water was over 5 feet deep, BYE BYE LION!

Lions have feelings. So do sharks. White sharks are as much as 75 times as big as a lion. (It is true; twice the size of Jaws.) We are still barbarians.

Shark. It's bigger, and even only that much water would still greatly hamper the lion's movements. The lion doesn't really have a chance.

I'd say the lion because it could get out and plan an attack when the shark just sits there.

the lion could leave the pool and attack the shark from any angle. it would be able to maneuver better. that's not very deep for a shark to swim in.
