Well, you need more hazardous chemicals to manufacture paper and it breaks down easier. So, which is worse?

Plastic so I can reuse as garbage can liners for the bathroom. Paper is good for making kids masks and wrapping packages for the mail. I always reuse anything I can.

Paper - plastic lets off really bad toxins when it is burned in landfills.

I get paper to use to put out the recycling, and plastic to use for garbage bags or carrying other things around. Whatever I get I most often either use multiple times or recycle. I think it matters. If nothing else it saves me on my garbage bill to recycle. (Which is free at the curb where I live.)

Well I prefer plastic but I have been known to occasionally get paper too.

I'll go with paper. They are recycled and save trees. Plus, I don't want those nosy people to see straight through those plastic bags and see what I bought. (8 cases of chocolate pudding)

i like paper but most of the time they have plastic
