Sanjaya is not a bad singer, he just doesn't have a very strong voice. He is always on pitch and on beat. He just doesn't have a strong enough voice for this competition. There are too many strong singers around him for him to get much further. Though my daughters think is very hot.

Personally, I don't think he's a bad singer at all. He may not be the best but he's not bad. Think about it, he wouldn't have made it to the Top 24 in american idol if he wasn't good at all.
But then again, american idol seems more of a reality show than a singing competition so...

Both. He's a bad singer who sings into the mike really softly and it doesn't project, so you only hear him half as bad as he really is.

No he is not a bad singer. but he is not good enough to be where he is in the compilation. but as always America has turned the show into a popularity contest instead of a singing contest.yes he is cute and adorable. but he needs more training and life experience.

Ya he's a bad singer, but he's getting better since he gets all those free voice lessons from staying on the show ( he's only still on the show because people are voting for him to stay on it as a joke!!!!!!!!!!)
