i took the heads off today. got them check out and they r good.
should i do the bottom end of the engine too or just put the heads on. i not tr0ying to race nobody because i not ready yet. i just want to ride.
wat should i do.

it was a blown head gasket

If the heads aren't cracked or warped and if the valves don't leak, put em back on. You could disassemble the valves to check them for wear if you want but most people wouldn't bother. You can just pour some gumout into the exhaust and intake ports to see if it leaks past the valve seats to do a quick check.

unless it's burning oil just put the heads back on and drive it, apparently you had some kind of a problem or you wouldn't have taken the heads off.

more then likely if the heads came back ok you should be ok to just replace the heads
