She stands outside the window looking and walks in to complain usually.

Complain about what? The window being too dirty so she cant see you guys better? Ya. I would say that is a little rude. She is disrupting the class. At my school, I would tell her she was being "defiant" because she keeps interupting! Kind of an inside joke the "defiant" so I guess I will have to share. The Vice principal gave a disipline assembly and he kept telling us what was defiant. He was like if you walk out of the room and the door slams to hard that is defiant. If you pick up a pencil before you are told to that is defiant. So I would tell my principal she was being defiant and she would probably stop. Your a different story. She needs to quit interupting. Her watching your class is a little creepy.
She also might be watching the teacher. Does the teacher let you guys go crazy? Or can the teacher control your class or is the teacher not good at teaching?
Good Luck!

Since the principal has the responsibility for everything that goes on in the school, she has every right to monitor what is going on in the classrooms. This is also for everyone's protection, since people are more likely to behave if they know that someone is either watching or can come in without any notice.

Might be rude...but she 'is' the principal and if your class is misbehaving then there's not really much you can do!
Heck...if she's the principal there's not really much you can do anyway =P

Cheers

She's probably not spying on your class, but spying on your teacher. How many years has your teacher been teaching? Is she an effective teacher? How many parents or students complained about your teacher?
