What are the chances of being promoted/advanced as an Radiologist Technician?

There aren't very many levels. You could start as staff tech and become lead tech, then manager. You could change fields with additional training and go into MRI, CT, etc.

Unfortunately the chances are about 50/50. Although I do know that after you get a degree in radiology, years of training, being a radiologist is the easiest type of specialist in health care to be.
