going back a ways spiderman did beat the tar out of venom...
this is when the scarlet spider came home to only find out he is was the real spidey and the scarlet spider faces off with venom and wins.. as for venom beating the other spiderman it is only cause the suit can over ride his spider sense......i think first round magneto..second round spidey would figure out away to counter act the metal ability and take him out...spidey also took out the Juggernaut and superman in a what if comic

Magneto would definetly win, he's just too powerful. Remember how many damn xmen it took to battle magneto alone so I'm sure he could handle spidy. Plus, spidey had a hard time with the green goblin who isn't as formidable an opponent as magneto so imagine what magneto would do him....still love ma spidey though.
