Pluto hasn't been a planet for a while now...so, where does that leave Scorpios? We are now planet-less?

After Pluto was demoted, major authorities in astrology declared the Pluto may no longer be a planet scientifically, but It is still a planet astrologically. Astrology and astronomy are not the same thing. Pluto will still be used in astrology, just because it is no longer a planet does not mean it disappeared.
I guess instead of having a ruling planet you have a ruling dwarf planet.

And Eri, the Sun and the Moon also count as "planets"

Maybe ask this question over in Mythology, this section is for science and astrology is not a science.
Maybe someone over there has an idea - astrologers haven't worried that the sun is not in your birth constellation anymore (due to the precession of the equinoxes the sun is actually one constellation over from the "traditional" zodiac sign associated with a birth month).
I was born in June, supposedly a Gemini, but when I was born the sun was actually in Cancer.

So if they don't worry about that huge discrepancy, the demotion of Pluto from planet to dwarf planet shouldn't matter to believers.

purely because of the fact Pluto is astronomically now no longer a planet does not make it astrologically now no longer a planet. It nonetheless has a means. Technically, Scorpio did no longer have Pluto as a ruling planet till 1930, while it replaced into got here across. yet bypass away it to Scorpio to make a controversy of it. dedicated, deep, and passionate--oh, does no longer the common Scorpio like it if Pluto ought to disappear and each thing could substitute so a great deal! hooked on intensity and intensity. My suggestion--forget approximately approximately Pluto and bypass have intercourse with your s.o. that usually makes Scorpio experience extra beneficial....

Scorpio is ruled by both Mars and Pluto. Keep in mind that Pluto was not even discovered until 1930, and astrology is much older than that.

1) Astrology is bullshit, so it doesn't matter.

2) There are 8 planets and 12 constellations. You do the math. Why does it matter where they are?
