Just out of curiosity, does this question make sense to you?

- "Are you ok?" - we say "yes" by habit even if it is not, the answer is always either "no" or "yes - but"
- "Do I look ok?" - ok with this one, if the person is comfy with how they look they wont even ask this question. So asking it means they are looking for some other answer besides "Yes"
- "How are you?" - we dont say "yes" but we give a positive answer like "good" or "ok" even when most of the time it is not, we just want to get over with the initial greeting.
