If you found a really big one, with an event horizon the size of our solar system, you would not even notice when you had crossed it. You would be in the hole, with the light cone setting all your possible futures pointed towards the singularity. Eventually, tidal forces would start telling you this little experiment was a big mistake. No getting out of this contract. All the fundamental point particles constituting your reckless corpse would pile on with all the others which came before.
But don't lose hope. In a few hundred trillion years or so, the hole will eventually evaporate, spitting out its mass-energy in one big final hurl of Hawking radiation. We'll have a welcome home band playing, and promise to patch you up good as new.

No one knows whats inside a black hole for sure. Some say there is nothing and others argue that it may be a gateway to another dimension or time in space. There is no possible way to get to one. The nearest black hole is millions of lights years away and can only be created when certain stars die. You may want to look into Einstein or stephen Hawking and their studies on the subject. According to Stephen Hawking a black hole does not destroy everything that goes through it, arguing that black holes let certain matter escape. The previous thought was that black holes destroy everything that they come in contact with.

The old professor says: In order to know about anything, we have to have data about it. Since nothing can escape a black hole, not even light, that tells you that no data is coming out of it. So, what is it like? Nobody knows, now or ever. What we do know about them is gathered from data on the events that occur near them. So we can also just speculate on if there is another "side" to them or not.
To get to one...just stick around. Our sun and just about all the mass of the Milky Way Galaxy will find itself going "down the tube" of our own galaxy's black hole some fine day.
ALL back holes are the same in size. They are all naked singularities...which means they are just points in space. Where they do differ is in their masses. The larger the mass, the larger the Schwarzchild Radius and the larger the event horizon...which means the larger ones can "gobble" you up at a greater distance from their centers than can the less massive ones.

Oops...Sorry... I must have missed something. Can you please tell me the name of anyone you know who has visited a "Black Hole." I really must have been asleep during that part of the presentation.
So, if you can't name anyone who has been there, how could anyone possibly know what it might be like inside of a "Black Hole?" And in a reasonably sane gesture of seeking real information you begin asking the common man in the street for this information. Ah... That is how to get the information.
I see. Now, I see.
Given the widely posted information that "Black Holes" absorb light, how could anyone possibly see what is on the other side of one? You might as well ask what happens after the "end." Nobody knows.
To get into a black hole you would have to first navigate yourself and your crew to the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Between us boys, that in and of itself is a pretty big chore. How, exactly, did you plan to do that?

well if i was in one i would tell u but ....yea....i wasnt. Ill still answer first of all black holes cannot be seen b/c the gravity is so great the it sucks in even light! scientists can only tell by stars or objects behaving weirdly. A planet was actually sucked up a couple months ago. What happens on the other side? i dont know..... nobody does. How would it feel? well i think that it would suck! in both the literal and mental ways.

Nobody knows that its like 'inside' a black hole.
To get to one, you would have to locate one in space (several POSSIBLE holes have been charted) and then fly/rocket/teleport to within gravitational attraction distance of the hole. Let gravity do the rest of the work.
On the other side? No proof that there IS another side. In fact, since holes of various sizes are postulated (if not proven) it would suggest that there IS no 'other side'....just a bigger and bigger black hole.

The only possible thing I can think is it would take you through to a parallel world where everything is parallel to the world we are in where we have voice boxes to communicate and have small heads where the people in the parallel world have giant heads, can't talk and communicate through mental projection( I forgot what's it's actually called), where instead of planes flying across and sideways and have wings with a long, narrow body, the planes in the parallel world fly up and down and are more round and saucer like and where the beings have no body hair whatsoever. I could go on all night long describing but I definately do think it must be the gateway to the parallel world!

Black holes grow the more they suck in, The pull of a black hole is too strong for anything to escape so the crushing powers of it must be immense. The mass of a hole grows by seriously squashing the matter together.

The gravity difference between your feet and your head as you were being pulled into the black holes centre would be so great that you would be pulled out like spaghetti stretching many thousands of kilometres.
But if you survive that, send us a postcard to let us know what its like!

nobody knows whats inside but I have heard some experts say that if you did survive the trip into the hole then you would be incinerated by all of the energy eaten by the black hole over its lifetime.
