Wash 'em again, dry them again, but not for so long.

Just wear them like you would normally. They might be a little tight at first but once you start walking around in em they should stretch back out. Mine always do. Next time take them out of the dryer sooner.

If they shrunk in lenght, cut them off and make capris or turn the bottom of the legs up about 4 inches for a fashon look. If they are just to tight, wear them because they will stretch out as you wear them.

Well you will have un-shrink them by washing them in cold water, Don´t put them in the dryer again, let them dry outside, when they are still damp iron them . As you iron press hard and pull the material as you go along , they will stretch out again by doing this

Wash them again, but when they are wet, stand on the end of the leg and pull hard. Do this to both legs. They'll stretch out while they are wet.

Then, hang them up somewhere to dry. Hot dryer air makes stuff shrink. If they are shrinkers, you may need to do this every time.

Try rewashing them. When you take them out of the washer stretch them and either hang or lay flat to dry.

After they are dry, put in the dryer, on COOL, so they will soften.

run them thru a cold rince cycle and the take them out and reshape them. I have done this and i button the waist and then tug on it to stretch it out and the work my way down the hips and thighs tugging to stretch them as i go down each side of the pants. Hope this makes sense.

next time you wash them DONT dry them- AND while they are still wet stretch them out by either putting them on or hand stretching them- if they are to short, stand on the end of the legs and pull them straight up- if the width is to tight. pull them apart with all your muscles-

FYI- you can also stretch shirts out the same way-

I live on the beach and nothing works like putting them on and getting in the sea water, then wearing 'em till they dry! plus they seem to take my form and fit me even better than ever!
has to be pretty nice outside to do that though...

Just put them on and they start to stretch back to normal, it happens to me all the time. Make sure you move around in them.
