Being kicked in the balls is possibly the most painful experience a man can have, I had a loaded 10 ton truck run over my toes, I put an air nail in my hand, Been kicked by a horse and bitten by a large dog, Smashed a thumb with a 36 Oz framing hammer, one thumb in a table saw another thumb in a planer

First...ignore the first two answers.

The pain in the stomach is called "referred pain"; its caused because the nerves that feel pain from the groin and those that feel pain in the abdomen join on the way to the brain, so the brain can not differentiate where the pain is...and you feel it where the brain "guesses" that it came from.
A similar situation causes gall bladder pain to be felt in your shoulder.
