Is it real? Is it easy to do? Is it all fake? Do you need to be gifted to do it? Just anything you would like to state on the matter, I want to hear opinions.

Astral projection is just a "fancy" word for saying that you have figured out how to control your dreams. Do I think it is real? Yes , I do. But ALL is possible if you think it about it. Easy, I'm not sure about that. Fake, it certainly could be. But the people who do this, certainly believe in it. You know that like "sleep-state", when you are nearly awake but still technically sleeping? This is when you can feel closest to it.

Astral Projection is glamorous (Yes, that's a double meaning,) but takes a long time to learn correctly and really accomplishes nothing--unless you are a voyeur or spy.

I wish I could consciously do it. My Mom did it once (she didn't know it) when I was doing something I know she wouldn't let me do if she was home. I heard her say "Are you having fun?" But there was no one else in the house but me and my bf, now husband. It was really creepy. If you want to read more about it read "My Psychic Journey" by Chris Dufresne. Good luck and have fun!!

People often get caught up with how simple it is. It's the simple act of your consciousness leaving your body temporarily. Dreaming, can even qualify.

It is real and takes some practice..anyone can do anything as long as they know that they will succeed..that is the heart of all Magick..

Yes its real and can be done with meditation or sleep.
