I don't really have a least favorite. I've eaten foods from all over the world. Probably the least tempting of all would be roasted beetles. Not your garden variety beetle but the ones found in S. Africa. About the size of a large lemon. Very tasty actually.

Sushi, beyond a shadow of a doubt. It's raw fish! Where I come from, we call that bait!

Any food that is raw, has a lot of seafood or has unusual animals, or bugs in it. I haven't tasted many foods the most weird thing I ever had was octopus.

Ethiopian. I ate it at an Ethiopian restaurant once and it was all I could do to choke it down. Sushi, however, is very good... my favorite is the smoked salmon, but I don't especially like the eel.
