I am good at writing but I am NOT good at working under pressure. What kind of job can I get? Will it be easy?

I am good at writing, but in order to write something good I need as much time as I need to be able to think about what I am writing. I am also NOT good at doing other things, i.e. interviewing, and I do NOT want to do any of that. Yet it seems like most of the jobs my professor talks about always have to do with OTHER things in addition to writing. But if I had a writing job all I would want to do is WRITE, NOT do other things, and I would want to do it at my own pace. Are there any jobs where I could do this? And if not then what kinds of jobs WOULD be good for someone like me (someone who can't work under pressure)?Will it be easy for me to find a job once I get out of college?

Write a book. Become a freelance journalist.
Yes, there are still deadlines, but where are you going to find a job without pressure, deadlines, responsibility, etc?
