Why, in every ad or picture featuring George W. Bush, do they put the photo up where he's in mid sentence so he looks completely and utterly retarded? It's kind of annoying. I mean, they probably tell their photographers "Hey...make sure you get a picture of him while he's in the middle of talking." I don't remember the last time I've ever seen a picture of the man where he didn't look stupid from being in the middle of saying something...or if I've ever seen such a picture at all!
PLEASE don't answer with things like "because George W Bush sucks." or the like. I know this...we don't need to hear it 20 times from 20 different people.

The question isn't why do they use such stupid-looking photos of 'Dubya', as the question should be when isn't he looking stupid? I'm not trying to be mean but in any video or photo of him , he keeps a puzzled look on his face. The only photos where he seems to look normal are the ones setup , such as his office photo and family photos taken by a stage photographer.
Anytime Bush is photographed or videotaped off-guard and without proper time to prepare, he looks confused and carries the well known , stupid grin on his face. The grin is a nervous reaction, kind of like that freak Greta Van Sustran would blink her eyes 34 times in 15 seconds on the news.
In a nutshell, Bush is by far from being a great speaker and has an even worse photo presence. Presidents like Bill Clinton, George Bush Sr. and Ronald Reagan could interact with the cameras, Bush jr. on the other hand is about like Gerald Ford, he stumbles alot.

In my opinion, the Media is bias. So they use every tool possible to push their views of President Bush.
However, it is possible that he doesn't pose very well. Or because they are taking it from the live film. I know from experience that its not always easy to get a good photo of people in action.

Because they want the picture to reflect the story being told.
Positive story , good picture.
An story that challenges his Presidency or decisions he's made want to show him in the least flattering light hence, you get the unflattering pictures that , lets face it make him look like he's mentally challenged. ( Insert potshot here if you chose to)

If you already know the answer, why are you asking us? Do you expect those opposing someone to use a flattering picture if there's an unflattering one available? Think it through; the man looks like a moron because he IS.
