The final of cricket world cup 2007 is scheduled for 28th April, 2007 and the tournament ends after the final.
It is very difficult to predict the winners at this stage.

It ends on the 28th of April, a week on Saturday, when the final will be played.
It'll most probably be between Australia and Sri Lanka I think, and Australia will end up winning as usual. However, after the great performance by South Africa today against England, it means they'll play Australia in the semi-finals next week. I really think South Africa have it in them to beat Australia and kick them out!! If that's the case, then I'd bet on Sri Lanka taking the cup home.

This world cup has dragged on too long, all because of greed by the ICC for more money from television rights.
Who will win....I want it to be Sri Lanka as I believe that they have the best credentials to win the tournament. Added to that, I have a severe dislike for Australia!
