To the person who said "Schindler's List" would be the most accuarte....actually, "The Pianist" would be the film that most closely depicts the life of someone living during the time period of the Holocaust. Both in its artistic represenation and historical accuracy, Polanski did everything he could to depict the life that he actually knew (since he had been in a ghetto). In fact after speaking with some survivors, they too felt his film was the best one out short of a documentary to portray this harrowing time in human history.

I certainly do,and if you want a great mark, choose one of the following: The Final Solution or Paragraph 175. The first is about high ranking German officers,coming up with ways of disposing of the ever rising number of dead bodies, of Jews they've exterminated. the second is called Paragraph 175, which a lot of people have not heard about. It addresses the Nazi persecution of homosexuals during the war. Either choice should score you an A,good luck!

In addition to all the movies listed above , there was a TV mini-series in the late 70's starring Meryl Streep and Micheal Moriarty called "The Holocaust." It is available on VHS and DVD.
