I am having a joint party for my 3 yr old & my ex-husband's new girlfriends 3 yr-old. My ex & his girl were having issues and for ONLY ONE DAY my ex was talking to a girl I work with. They kissed ONCE. Now my ex and his girl are happily together again. My problem is that my co-worker has already RSVP'd to the party and obviously isn't going to uninvite herself but if she comes it will be horrible for my ex's girlfriend. The co-worker also continues to call my ex even tho she was asked to stop. How do I uninvite her???? Help!

That first suggestion would be great if we didn't work side by side everyday. She just heard me accept another RSVP so she knows it's not cancelled.

Tell her the truth. Explain that it would make things awkward, and you just want to make sure everyone has a good time, so if she came so soon after the "incident" it would probably be very uncomfortable. She sounds like a clingy wackjob though, so she might not get it-be firm!

It sounds extreme, but since she's obviously a wacko and there are 2 3yr olds involved, I'd reschedule the party or move it somewhere else, if you really think she'll show up and make a scene. Let all the other guests know of the new arrangements, and she'll be out of the loop, so she won't know where or when the new dates are.

you won't be able to uninvite someone to a celebration. the way you've prevented inviting her ought to were via inviting human beings even as she and others weren't round. that's rude to ask someone to at least something in the front of an uninvited man or woman or uninvited human beings. Now you recognize. you'll in basic terms could suck it up, large her even as she arrives, be pleasant to her even as she's there. Uh, you've been being rude via jumping into HER pictures, and also you imagine there is something incorrect including her? No, you shouldn't be so rude. You made your mattress; now you get to lie in it. evaluate it a lesson in "Why I should not be rude?" Edit: ignore about each and each of the solutions formerly mine. All those human beings are incorrect. At some time of existence, it truly is what's an fairly possibly element to ensue (you received't trust it, yet ask your mom and different grownup women human beings): next 365 days, even as college starts, human beings could have replaced, and their relationships could have replaced. She'll be more beneficial up contained in the heirarchy, and also you'll desire you'll nicely be friends including her. if you're rude now (telling her off or disinviting her or being rude to her on the party), she will be able to flatten you. and all and numerous on the party will recognize what a terrible man or woman you've been. in case you do the right element now, she and all and numerous else will undergo in recommendations. BTW, if the friends did not favor her taking pictures of them, they could have carried out something about it. YOU were intruding your self -- RUDELY -- into the images. in case you do not straighten up now, this may hang-out you later.

send her a note saying "sorry, plans have changed..maybe we should get together later this week for coffee?" thats it and say the party was cancelled or moved to an undetermined date. You dont really have to have coffee with this person later but just to be polite
