I need to no the commanders, casualties (wounded and dead), The number of total troops on each side and some helpful notes.

For the South it was Beauregard and there were no casualties. It's hard to estimate the number of combatant troops because half of the City of Charleston was out and involved in it.

For the North, in Ft. Sumter, there were no casualties in the battle itself (beyond one mule), but there was a death and a couple injuries as the Union flag was lowered and someone over-filled a canon to fire off a salute.

Did you know the reported (probably legendary, not factually) founder of baseball, Abner Doubleday, was one of the Union troops?
