On pokemon Fire red version where do i get the second code to open the teamrocket warehouse?

Head to island 6 and you'll notice a cave with braillie on it. It means cut so bring along a Pokemon that knows cut and use it on the door. It opens and inside there will be four distinct holes. You need to fall in to them in the right order (one hole, four times, trial and error) and at the bottom, grab the sapphire plate. A rocket scientist will grab it and give you the second password.
