The best way is to let your engine cool then look at the bottom of the radiator and find the "petcock" its a valve that opens to release the water from the radiator. Be careful though, some are threaded backwards. Open it up, then open the top of the radiator (the radiator cap) and allow the antifreeze to empty into a bucket or some type of basin. Then put your favorite garden hose in the top and let it run for several minutes. Let that water drain and then close the petcock. Fill the radiator up with about 3/4 antifreeze and 1/4 water. Your all done.
God Bless!!!

Go to your locale auto parts store and buy a flush kit. Drain the radiator of all fluid, remove the thermostat, hook your garden hose to the kit on your bottom hose out let, You can add a little soap to help cut the slush, turn the water on with the top hose removed and let the water run through the radiator for twenty minutes or until it comes out clear: do not let this water run off because the stuff that is washing out is toxic. The wises thing to do would be to go to a radiator shop or garage and let them do it. They will add air pressure to the mix doing a much better job and check the radiator to see if there is any problems with the system. When done put new radiator hoses and clamps on, new thermostat, antifreeze, and water. let the engine run until hot with the heater turned on to get all the air pockets out of the system.

The best is to leave it to a repair shop, it should be around 60 to 70 dollars. They have the proper equipment to reclaim the old coolant to recycle it or dispose of the used coolant properly..
