If the description of him is true,then I'd say the girlfriend was just a "platonic" friend; someone who was trying to get close to him,or maybe had a class or two with him. She may have noticed that he did'nt have many friends,and just wanted to be a friend. Because this story is still fresh,I think I'm going to wait until more details about him are given.

Good question, but sometimes people are just with the wrong people for the wrong reasons. I can't imagine how anyone could be with someone that could something this horrible, but you can't always fully know who you are with. Sometimes people pretend to be something they aren't. However, if he was truly a loner..........then he wouldn't have a girlfriend, would he.

After psychologist find what led the reason for his cruel behavior they have to name the person something like that...and usually they ask teachers, parents, friends etc for his personality, psychs have to label everything not realizing they are the ones that caused the problems with psychiatric drugs. He was attending Virgina Tech University.

They just like to exaggerate things and make being quiet and loner the reason he killed. That's such bull. He was deranged in the head, it had nothing to do with him being a loner. Also how can you be a loner if you have a girlfriend?

good question. Some women actually find this type attractive and it may come out that he wasn't such a loner after all.

I guess this would explain why he was so devistated if she broke up - sounds like she may have been his whole word, and maybe even talked for the guy - - so sad.
