Kissinger is on a par with Hitler when it comes to murdering people. Enlighten yourself, check out Chris Hitchings "The Trial of Henry Kissinger" .
I feel sorry for Powell, he obeyed his bosses, lied, was found out, & ultimately disgraced.
Anyother suggestions???
