I forgot to mention. It was a professional iron press. I don't know if there is a difference?

Iron On Patch Removal
You should be able to remove an iron on patch by reheating the patch with an iron to warm and loosen the glue. Working from the edges, slowly peel off the patch. You will likely need to re-heat the patch a few times. If any glue residue remains after you get the patch off, you can try rubbing the area with lighter fluid.

Sorry, but I don't see it happening, especially if it was done professionally. The color has probably bleed through the fabric so if you were sucessful at removing them, the letters would probably still be appearant. Best wishes!
