Apart from a small minority I believe most queers are just practising a sexual perversion. It has become so 'fashionable' and so PC it's almost obligatory!

Human sexuality is very complex and has a vast range. Even in heterosexuality, there are guys who find one particular type of woman attractive and another type repulsive - whilst some other heterosexual guys would have this in reverse. For example, some guys like large women and some don't.
If you think of the gender a relative concept like hair, eyes, personality, physical appearance, then you'll understand that homosexual guys are only attracted to guys - placing gender at the top of their list when choosing a partner. You'll also understand that bisexuals are drawn to characteristics independent of gender, and hence can fall for people of either gender.

I think some women can be beautiful and I pass no judgment on their attractiveness but being a gay male there is nothing more of a turn on than another male. It's just an innate aura of being with another man that is the attraction amongst other things ;) I just don't think that same kind of feeling could ever be matched with a woman....sorry

It's a bit like religious fanaticism, the way so many gay people rushed to defend and justify their chosen lifestyle, here on Y/A.
If it's true, like some of the homosexual and lesbian answerers claim, that actual sexual intercourse is only a small part of the whole thing, citing things such as 'feelings' as more important, why is the homosexual community generally considered to be more promiscuous (I'm thinking 'cruising' and 'cottaging') than the heterosexual one?
Isrealisheep has only asked the question, presumably, because she doesn't understand why gay men find women so sexually repulsive.
Myself, I have nothing against them. Good luck to them, I say. Some of my best homosexuals are friends.

Because women are not men, and it doesn't matter if they have 1 or 2 orifices in common the entire package, both literally and figuratively, is entirely different. Men are what gay men are attracted to there is no way to explain it. It just is as it is.

A considerable amount of research has been done in this field and there are some books which have been published on the subject. Sex and the Brain or Brain Sex are two that come to mind. They both make fascinating reading and give sensible and logical reasons for homosexuality, transsexualism and transvestism.

I'm not gay, but I find some men a turn on... I suspect some gay's do find women a turn on sometimes too, it's about love and feelings, not holes and roles.

Good question... you can have "gay" sex with women as well (giving, not receiving), what is it about men (muscles, facial hair, body hair, deep voice, umm odor?) that specifically turns other men on. Do they conciously think "hey that dude's got a migthy fine adam's apple" or what? Do they see a female and say "ewww.. breasts.."?

It has to do with who we find attractive and desirable in a sexual way. I do not find what a woman has to be attractive and desirable sexually. But this is not to say that I don't think a woman is attractive.

Oh you poor baby! It's not where we "put it." It's far more to do with the psychological part of it. Sex is not just in the groin, but more in the head. Man to man, and I assume woman to woman, is just more fulfilling than cross gender sex for us. We wonder what you people get out of your relationships.
