Why can't he keep his mouth shut permanently?

Because a person that has read about it, believes in it, has a hard time excluding it. Once you have read, understood , believed, you cant go backwards all the way to when you never knew, but his doctrine is not on the right target sometimes. Also, Just so you KNOW, he does NOT write all of his own speeches, and it could be from the Pope, or some other supposed pastor writing it for him to read ??!
Not that I care much for Bush.

People need a God during a time like this. It doesn't matter what religion (or not) that you subscribe to. You need something constant to hold onto. That is also why the religious leaders from other faiths besides the Christian one were brought in. Religious messages are universal. And in a time of grief, a God or other higher power is needed.
continue keeping the victims of the shootings, their families, friends, and the whole VT community in your prayers.

Who cares...he can say what he wants and so can everyone else. Im so damn sick of everyone being so politically correct. God is very abstract...it could mean alot of things. People gets offend so easliy now days...even tho most amercians are pigs. I can see why the whole world hates this country....its a bunch of fat lazy babies who complain about everything.
