Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I had 13 1/2 pounds taken off and went from a G cup to a D in 2004. The greatest thing I've ever done. I needed about 2 1/2 weeks off from work because although the pain was gone (I only needed Tylenol after they pulled the drainage tubes, which was four days post-surgery). I was just tired. I have some scars, but they're not really noticeable and I don't care! I was limited by my doctor for the amount of exercise I could do for the first couple of months because I swim. I have complete sensation back everywhere, and had it within about two months after surgery (nipples were fine after about two to three weeks).
Honestly, they're beautiful. I wear Wonderbras now! Its so nice to have people look you in the eye when they talk to you. My back doesn't hurt anymore. Its a wonderful thing.

Hi!
After your breast reduction surgery, your surgeon is likely to prescribe medication to help you deal comfortably with soreness and swelling. Within the first week, you will experience a certain amount of discomfort and you should expect swelling and bruising in the area. It will take several weeks before you can stop wearing a special support bra and for normal sensation to return to your nipples and for you to return to most normal activities and exercise. In a few months’ time, your breasts will settle into their new shape. Your scars will begin to fade and if you had been suffering from chronic back and neck pain, you will finally enjoy relief!

From a defense perspective, it should not be a quandary. The most effective obstacle I can feel of is that the medical professional will customarily desire to take her staples out someday in that period of time. From a alleviation obstacle, she won't suppose as much as a three hour auto experience that quickly after surgical procedure. Make definite her anguish meds are useful, and if she will be able to recline the entrance seat and take a snooze whilst you are riding, that can aid. The greatest obstacle she'll must manage is getting residence from the health facility. They may not allow her force herself residence; she's going to must have a motive force, and such a lot hospitals may not permit a sufferer to move residence in a steady taxi after surgical procedure. It might aid if she might discover a nearby buddy or co-employee to take her residence from the health facility, and bigger nonetheless if she had anyone to stick with her a minimum of the primary day. She may not be ready to force or make authorized choices for twenty-four hours after surgical procedure, and she's going to have to give up on the pharmacy to get her prescription stuffed earlier than she is going residence. Kudos to you for being inclined to handle her, principally given that you must make a 6 hour circular travel to do it. You're a keeper. :)

I had mine done Feb 2006 and I LOVE IT!
I took off two weeks of work, then was on light duty for about a month (you shouldn't lift pull or push anything heavy or you'll pop your incisions).
I was swollen for several months. My scars are 95% gone, you can barely tell where they are now.
Final size and scars take one year at least to be taken care of. Same thing with nipple sensation.
I love my results. I don't know many people unsatisfied with their reduction.
check out this forum, it helped me out a lot before and after surgery:
