I have one on my shin from when me and my best friend were riding a banana seat bike together when we were 7. She was peddling and i was steering and we crashed into a tree. I love it cause it reminds me of Angela whenever i see it (which is every day!)

All of the scars that I have are the best, because they all remind me of all the stupid things that I have done over the years and actually survived! Some, I have made all on my own stupid mistakes, and others were given to me by people that I had disagreements with-and they thought that they needed to get their "point" across more directly. I do have one over my left kidney that I got when I was about 12-a good bud and myself were throwing rocks at an old TV screen when it blew up!! (just like a stick of dynamite) As I turned to avoid the worst of it I felt a small tingle in the left lower of my back, put mu hand there and it came away covered in blood!! COOL!! Took 14 stitches to close the wound, and another 1/8 of an inch and I could have died from the stupid mistake a couple twelve-year-olds did one day. Like I said, all my scars are the best!!

When I was 4 and fell down under an overpass and got glass stuck in the side of my knee...or when my iguana bit my finger and now the scar is a jagged line around my whole finger...or the time I slipped trying to run up our cement stairs and had to have the entire bottom of my foot sewed back on. That one outlines all the way around my foot!

I have one on my shin too, but mine is a huge smiley face. I rammed my tricycle into a huge bottle when I was small and when I went to get off my tryke, I fell on a piece of glass. It took about 13 stitches. It reminds me of my parents and my favorite tricycle. The tricycle was given to me by my Great Grandmother because I looked a lot like my great aunt who had died at the age of 3. The tricycle was all steel. I still have it!

Right leg, 8" scar to the left of my knee. I got it April 3rd, 1988. When I got going too fast on a unicycle, and went down wrong. Broke 3 bones, and had to be hospitalized for a week. (But the good news was I didn't have to go to the in-laws for Easter dinner.)

The one I have on my leg. It's not very big but it's from where I was climbing a tree and I started to fall out of it but I got caught by a branch and I was hanging in the tree upside down by my leg. If it hadn't been for that I would have landed on my head.

I have a mean one on my scalp from when I was four or five. I was learning cartwheels in the living room, lost my balance and broke off the corner of the coffee table. I fractured my skull and remember blood in my ears. After that's a blur. Love the scar, but I have to move my hair around to find it.

The one on my right hip. It reminds me of Rocky Mountain Flag Football. I got home from a football game. (The season we went undefeated.) I was really happy so I decided to ride them down like a vertical hill on my street. I came so close to breaking my friend's front windshield. But a mailbox broke my fall.

I have a scar from the 2002 NBA western conference finals playoff game when the Lakers beat the Queens (Kings) in overtime @ ARCO arena to go to the championship....as we were leaving, a Queens fan threw a cowbell at me (apparently its cool to have cowbells up there) and it sliced open my right ankle...made me bleed all over my Kobe shoes! i am very proud of that scar, considering we almost died in the parking lot after the game....

I have one on my forearm. I was trying to take a chicken pot pie out of the oven without sliding the rack out and without an oven mitt. I was stoned, so this is a good reminder not to get stoned. I was 18 at the time, young and stupid.

One on the edge of my hand right below the base of my pinky that I got washing dishes. I was unaware that a glass had broken and I twirled my hand and the dish cloth in it cutting my hand. Had nine stitches. Got me lots of sympathy at my husband's Dad's side family reunion. Plus the hubby had to do the dishes for two weeks!
