Kate Spade makes the best handbags, in my personal opinion. While I'm a huge fan of Dooney and Bourke and Coach, I find her bags to be a little less expensive when you get to the larger-sized bags, and they're also much more versatile. With a lot of Coach designs, they're big, bulky and really don't go with every outfit you have. Kate makes designs that are trendy but will match a good amount of outfits at the same time.
Currently, I don't have a Kate Spade bag yet because as I just started a new job, I've been in a bit of a money bind. My favourite purse I currently own is my Dooney and Bourke from the Signature line. I doubt I'd ever buy a knockoff because half the reason for buying designer bags is the fact that they're designer -- buying a knockoff is slightly "wannabe" in my opinion, and shows that instead of finding the newest, cutest bag, you're settling for the ones that have been out long enough to knock off and simply following other people instead of creating a style of your own.

You know, I have a Coach purse (real) and I love it...but honestly if I were buying for myself, just a cheap handbag from Target would do just fine...I'm not big on bags and don't understand the fuss...I'd rather spend the money on sporting events and concert tickets. But I didn't buy it, my boyfriend did (his previous girlfriend was a label whore and he's still getting used to the idea that I'm not) and I'm happy with it regardless.

We all love designer purses, but lets face it.. Forking out 1000bucks for a bag that'll be out of fashion next season is definitly NOT worth it. Instead, there's this new business on the market, I believe its called bagborroworsteal.com and you can litteraly rent a highpriced designer bag such as a YSL muse or a Fendi spy just like you rend a dvd, or so they say. i love designer purses !!! i dont have too many cuz they are so pricey but i have the following / they are all real i dont believe in knockoffs or copys 1. the jackie o gucci purse with matching wallet
2. louis vuitton bucket purse with matching wallet and makeup bag.
these where all gifts from my husband.

i own seven real coach bags. I only get the classic leather bags. None of the crazy weird colors or fabric ones. They don't last nearly as long as my leather bags. I have either bought them myself or given to me as gifts. i still have my very first coach bag that was purchased in 1992. had it repaired once and is still in pretty good shape.

I LOVE my Coach purses! They are very casual and I don't feel like im carrying $1,000 and someone is going to mug me at any second like i do with some of my other bags. All of my purses are real. i will never purchase fake designer products!

My favourite would have to be my white and coral pink Chanel bag, which my mum bought for me last year before she passed away. I think the retail price is around $2500?

my favorite going-out bag is a little one i bought in the kid's section of a gap outlet, it's metallic gold and big enough for all of my essentials... no need to pay out the *** for a bag that won't be considered wearable in 2 years.
