One key factor would be, do Xena and Maximus know about the problem Achilles has with his heel? That's the great variable in this conflict. If they could take out Achilles first, the two might have a chance against Conan. It would seem to boil down to a question of strategy, and if Xena and Maximus, could use the weaknesses of their opponents as their ally, they just might prevail. But if not-- I'd put money on Conan and Achilles.
