Cobalt 59 has 32 neutrons and 27 protons
Cobalt 60 has 32 neutrons and 28 protons

Cobalt 59 has 27 protons => 27 electrons

a) the protons are the same otherwise it wouldn't be cobalt = 27 So the remainders are neutrons = 32 or 33 b) electrons = protons = 27, if electrically neutral.
